Harry is one of the founding partners of Weir Bowen. He has a broadly based litigation practice, with a focus on all aspects of insurance.
He has appeared as trial and appellate counsel for plaintiffs and defendants in serious personal injury and fatality claims and actions involving major fire losses.
He has represented insurance brokers and agents, and members of the Law Society of Alberta, in matters involving errors and omissions. He has extensive experience as counsel in negotiation, mediation and judicial dispute resolution of civil claims.
