Malcolm joined Weir Bowen in 1992. He has a broadly based civil litigation practice, with a focus on occupier’s liability, insurance matters (including coverage, liability and quantum issues), personal injury and commercial litigation. He has appeared as counsel at all levels of the courts of Alberta, and before the Workers’ Compensation Board.
He has extensive experience as counsel in negotiation, mediation and judicial dispute resolution of civil claims. Malcolm also acts as risk management and defence counsel in relation to a large commercial operation in Edmonton.
