John articled and practiced with an Edmonton law firm before joining Weir Bowen LLP on February 1, 2009. His practice centres on civil litigation, especially personal injury, construction law, builders’ liens, estate litigation, contract litigation and creditors’ rights.
John has appeared as counsel before all levels of the Alberta courts as well as various administrative tribunals including the National Auto Dealers Arbitration Program, and the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner.
In addition to trial work, John has experience in mediations, arbitrations, and judicial dispute resolutions.
