 Alan R. Gray
Direct Contact: (780) 412-2236 agray@weirbowen.com Mr. Gray’s practice has focused almost exclusively in the area of civil litigation since his admission to the bar. He has extensive experience as counsel before the courts of Alberta (including the Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal). He obtained a certificate in conflict resolution from the Justice Institute of British Columbia by completing all required courses (involving advanced courses in interest based negotiation and mediation) and passing assessments in 1997.
Mr. Gray joined Weir Bowen in 2000, in part to advise and represent plaintiffs in medical malpractice matters. In the area of medical malpractice, he has experience in cases involving cancer, surgery, post-operative care, gastrointestinal conditions, gynecology, tubal ligation, blood sugar and pressure, reflex sympathetic dystrophy; and in eye, back, hand and knee injuries. He has a particular interest in cases involving delay in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
