Maurice was born in Barbados, and moved to Canada in 1960. He completed articles of clerkship with a predecessor firm of Weir Bowen (Wood Moir Hyde & Ross) in 1966.
He is one of the founding partners of Weir Bowen. His general solicitor’s practice includes real estate and mortgage transactions, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial matters.
He also advises and represents personal injury claimants.
